Sterilization process:
Pretreatment (warming, humidification, pre-vacuum) - dosing - sterilisation - cleaning - resolution (removal of residues ).
It is composed of three parts: sterilizer box, auxiliary equipment and control system:
Cabinet:
1. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel with a thermal insulation layer of polyphenylene material, with no apparent warmth on the exterior during the sterilization cycle.
Doors:
1. Pneumatic flush sealed door of the sterilizer door, single or double door structure can be chosen.
2. The door of the sterilisation chamber cannot be opened during the sterilisation process or when there is gas residue in the sterilisation chamber.
3. Power failure protection function, in case of sudden power failure the door seal can still maintain pressure to prevent leakage.
Heat circulation system
1. Composed of heater, heating water tank, circulation pump, control valve, etc.
2. The system automatically controls the temperature of the sterilization room and the temperature of the circulating hot water, and has an over-temperature alarm function.
Humidification system
1. Consists of steam generator, control valve, etc. It is used for pre-humidification of products.
2. The humidifying device is used to regulate the humidity inside the sterilization cabinet to ensure the effectiveness of sterilization.
Vacuum system
1. Pre-vacuum, sterilant discharge and cleaning of the sterilisation chamber by a water ring vacuum pump.
2. The vacuum can be pulsating or gradient.
3. The vacuum piping is made of sus304. The vacuum system consists of vacuum pump, vacuum valve, check valve, etc.
4. Suitable for pre-vacuum, aeration, door sealing and unlocking, sectional vacuum, etc.
Dosing and gasification device
1. Dosing system consists of gasifier, pipeline and valve.
2. Gas temperature sensor monitors the temperature of ethylene oxide gas in real time, with temperature over limit alarm function.
Computer monitoring and data management system
1. The computer control system can be used to set up the sterilization process and automatically monitor and control the sterilization parameters in the cabinet including temperature, humidity, pressure, time, etc.
2. Capable of real time viewing, control, recording, storage, printing etc.
3. A second set of sterilization parameters acquisition and display device independent of the control software.
