For example:
Chillies are one of Sri Lanka's biggest exports and are vulnerable to high levels of internal and external contamination. Therefore, pepper must be disinfected before packaging, otherwise, if the health of the end consumer is affected, the seller will be held responsible. Through our disinfection service, fragrance export will be 100% safe.
Black pepper steam sterilization is mainly used for cooking, sterilization and cooling of food, and the whole working process is completed at one time. Steam sterilized turmeric powder and black pepper has fast heating and cooling speed, perfect temperature distribution and pressure control, reducing steam consumption.
Features:
1. The dry sterilization time is short, and the fragrance is fully retained.
2. The seasoning can be fully sterilized at a lower temperature and does not destroy the nutrients.
3. Selectively heating. The material of moisture is more heat than the material of water. The seasoning can be uniform heated and sterilized by selective heating principle.
4. Energy saving. Steam can directly heat the material itself, so it will not waste additional heat.
5. Puffed effect. The drying process is outward, so the sterilization process has a puffed effect.
6. Simple operation, advanced technology. The degree of automation of bactericidal machine is high, and the operation is flexible and convenient. Sterilization process is free of waste, exhaust gas.
