Technical description of ethylene oxide sterilizer
Air replacement Automatic ventilation, air exchange frequency and interval can be set freely.
Automatic control system One-click start to end, the whole process is automatically completed with print record.
Display status Display temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time, residual gas treatment time, number of times.
Printer The whole process of sterilization information record printing, in order to verify the check.
Humidity sensor The built-in humidity sensor automatically detects the humidity in the cavity to ensure that the humidity in the cavity is not lower than 30% RH.
Pressure sensor The inner pressure sensor automatically detects the pressure inside the cavity to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the pressure.
Temperature sensor The built-in temperature sensor automatically detects the cavity temperature to ensure that the cavity temperature remains within the accurate range of 50 ºC ±2 ºC.
Humidifying system Pulse humidification in the vacuum state ensures that the humidity in the cavity is uniform and controllable, and the humidity of the sterilizing chamber should be controlled within the range of 30- 80% relative humidity.

Installation requirements of ethylene oxide sterilizer
  1. Independent space suggest more than 12 * 5 * 3 meters (20 cubic meters) (drawings can be provided according to the actual workshop).The workshop must ensure good ventilation effect.It is recommended to have a forced air intake device and an air exhaust device inside; The air exhaust device, lights, switches, etc. need to be explosion-proof (explosion-proof grade is enough). Please refer to the drawings for workshop size, window size, air inlet and outlet size, etc. It is recommended to be in an industrial zone, away from residential areas. The workshop should be far away from the fire source. If conditions permit, there should be no fire source within 50 meters of the workshop.
  2. Need to prepare the DN40 outlet hose and connect to the sewage collection port according to the actual distance on site;
  3. Need to prepare DN20 hose to connect to overflow port;
  4. Need to prepare a water inlet hose that is consistent with the diameter of the tap (generally DN20 hose) to connect to the device according to the actual distance on site;
  5. The independent space require a three-phase five-wire power distribution box and cable connecting the equipment (copper core cable, about 10 meters);
  6. Each sterilizer needs an air compressor (above 4KG);
  7. Need to prepare consumables (contact direct supplier or online shopping), ethylene oxide sterilization gas, ethylene oxide sterilization biological indicator agent, ethylene oxide sterilization chemical instruction card, etc.(A bottle of ethylene oxide sterilization gas and a chemical instruction card for ethylene oxide sterilization will be provided together with the device).
