1. Overview
Ozone generator is a device used to produce ozone gas (O3). Ozone is easy to decompose and cannot be stored. It needs to be prepared and used on-site (short-term storage under special circumstances). Therefore, ozone generators must be used in all places where ozone can be used. Ozone generators are widely used in drinking water, sewage, industrial oxidation, food processing and preservation, medical synthesis, and space sterilization. The ozone gas produced by the ozone generator can be used directly, or it can participate in the reaction by mixing with a liquid through a mixing device.
Ozone is obtained by using high-pressure ionization (or chemical or photochemical reactions) to decompose and polymerize part of the oxygen in the air into ozone, which is the allotropic transformation process of oxygen; it can also be obtained by electrolysis of water. The instability of ozone makes it difficult to achieve bottled storage. Generally, ozone generators can only be used for on-site production. Classification of ozone generators: according to the way ozone is produced, there are three main types of ozone generators: high-voltage discharge type, ultraviolet irradiation type, electrolysis type.

- If the temperature of the cold water provided by the user does not meet the design requirements, the cooling water circulation system can be designed to meet the requirements of ozone work;
